Tandem Surrogacy was built in response to what too many families and surrogates experience in traditional surrogacy models: confusion, long timelines, limited communication, and a process that can feel impersonal. We saw the need for an agency that prioritizes clarity, respect, and real human connection.
Our goal from the beginning has been to simplify the surrogacy journey without cutting corners, offering structure where it matters, flexibility where it helps, and support at every step.

We work with intended parents and gestational carriers from diverse backgrounds, family structures, and life experiences. This includes single parents, LGBTQ individuals and couples, and families pursuing surrogacy for a wide range of medical or personal reasons.
