Refer a Surrogate, Change a Life!
Know an incredible woman who would make a great gestational carrier? Tandem Surrogacy’s referral program allows you to help grow families and be recognized for your role in that journey.
When you refer a potential surrogate who completes screening and onboarding with Tandem, you will receive a $500 referral reward as our thank-you. It is our way of honoring the connections that bring compassionate, committed women into the surrogacy community.
How the Surrogacy Referral Program Works
Referring someone to Tandem Surrogacy is simple and meaningful. Whether you are a former surrogate, an intended parent, or someone who believes in ethical family building, your referral can make a lasting impact.
Refer a Gestational Carrier
If you know someone who may be interested in becoming a surrogate, you can submit her information directly to Tandem Surrogacy. Once she completes our screening and onboarding process, you will receive your referral reward.
We are looking for women who are informed, supported, and genuinely interested in helping another family grow. Referrals are always handled respectfully and confidentially.
Refer Intended Parents
You may also refer intended parents who are exploring surrogacy as a path to building their family. Our team will connect with them to provide education, guidance, and next steps—always at their pace.
While referral rewards are focused on surrogate referrals, we deeply value every connection that helps families find the right support.
Why Referrals Matter
Surrogacy is built on trust, care, and strong support systems. Personal referrals often help women feel more confident exploring gestational surrogacy and give families reassurance as they begin their journey.
At Tandem Surrogacy, we believe the best journeys start with thoughtful connections. Our referral program exists to recognize and appreciate the role you play in helping those connections happen.
Who Can Participate
Anyone can participate in the Tandem Surrogacy referral program, including:
- Current or former gestational carriers
- Intended parents
- Friends, family members, or community advocates
- Healthcare or fertility-adjacent professionals
You do not need to be directly involved in surrogacy to make a referral. If you know someone who may be a good fit, your introduction matters.
